We reserve the right not to accept your order.  If you are ordering online and a product is unavailable, we will notify you via email. For orders placed online, we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 full working days. If there are delays, we will let you know by email. Details, pictures, and other descriptions on the web site or in other publications are for indicative purposes only.   If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your purchase in writing, by email to sales@karmacups.co.uk or by letter within 14 days.  You must return the unopened product at your own cost to the address shown above. Once we have received the product and your notice, we will refund the price of the product. For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns where the packaging has been opened or the product has been used. We may from time to time update these terms and conditions and post these changes on our website and update the date shown.
