Do you take orders by phone?
Not yet.

Payment
At the checkout, you will be given two payment options: Cheque & Credit/Debit card. If you choose to pay by cheque, you will be emailed a copy of your invoice and payment details.

Shipping cost

Orders will normally be shipped within one working day of receipt of payment.

Standard DHL or Royal Mail - 2-4 days - £3.95

Premium next day delivery - £16.50

Local orders can be collected by arrangement.

Most orders over 2 KG are sent by courier. In each case they must be signed for so it is a good idea to have them delivered to an address where they can be accepted.
Shipping and handling costs are calculated by the shopping cart according to your order.

Returns
If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your purchase in writing, by email to sales at karmacups.co.uk or by letter within 14 days.  You must return the unopened product at your own cost to the address shown above. Once we have received the product and your notice, we will refund the price of the product.
For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns where the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.

If the goods are faulty or we send them in error, we will offer the option of refund or replacement and we will refund your return postage cost.

Printing

New - Custom Printing of Pulp and Cassava cups.
For low volume runs up to 10,000 and only one or to two colours can be printed at any one time . Lead times are approx 3 weeks.

How do I complain?
We'd prefer that it never gets to a complaint, however if you have a complaint please email us and describe as fully as possible what you are unhappy about. Remember to include your order number if needed and we will aim to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
